Return & Refund Policy

For any defective products, email us at [email protected] for better support.

We will refund or reprocess your order free of charge in the following cases:

  • Design error: wrong design compared to the information on our website
  • The information of the product is not the same as the order: Size, type

What do you need to do?

For any refund request, you need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please provide the following information to us via email: [email protected]

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • In case you receive the wrong item/damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received

Once we review, refund requests will be processed within 1-3 business days. If the request is approved by our team, refunds are expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.

Return (if applicable)

If you receive the wrong or defective item, there is no need to send it back to us. In this case, we always accept your refund. It is expected to be processed in 2-3 business days.

Note: We do not process refunds, reprints or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors arising from your side such as: providing the wrong delivery address, not being present to receive the goods, not taking the goods as requested.
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as: not cleared by your country’s customs, delayed by natural disasters, showing “delivered” in the system tracked, was delivered to your mailbox but lost.

Cancel (if applicable)

  • After making a purchase, the customer has 24 hours to request a cancellation
  • Management, handling and transaction fees (10% of your order value) will be applied for cancellations
  • After 24h the item will be produced and we cannot provide further support.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not exchange / return products unless it is an error arising from our store when sending the wrong size, model. Please contact us via email [email protected] first and we will walk you through the steps. Please do not return your purchase to us unless we give you permission to do so.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account first
  • Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is confirmed.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is confirmed.
  • Finally, if you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
